| The Project |
Our customer wanted to transfer
close to 300 parts that were being produced across three
locations in North America.
This project was extremely challenging because
documentation at all locations was incomplete. We
addressed this through Hical teams who worked onsite for
extended periods to complete the documentation, build
parts based on the new documentation and get the parts
and documentation qualified. The project was completed
in nine months and used only one senior engineer from
the customer. |
