When we received this high-value
enquiry for the manufacture of telecom modules, we had
never made the products before and neither did we
possess the technology for them.
What we did have to offer however, were excellent
manufacturing capabilities and deep engineering
expertise. A comprehensive and customized manufacturing
and logistics proposal won us the customer’s confidence
and the project.
Hical engineers trained at customer sites in Europe to
understand the product technology. We rapidly created
the required manufacturing infrastructure within the
promised time. During the audit, not only was the
customer team delighted to see a facility that was
faithful to the promise, we also surpassed expectations
with customized systems, documentation and tooling for
fool-proof processes.
As a result, we have been asked to significantly
increase manufacturing capacity and
increase supply. |
