Education & Experience required:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: 01 to 02 years in Design and development of electromechanical products.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in design and development any of following products
- Motors – BLDC, PMSM, Stepper, Synchronous, brushed DC, Induction
- Sensors – Hall assemblies, LVDTs, RVDTs, Resolvers
- Actuators – Electromechanical actuators, direct drive, gear drive,
- Solenoids – Push/Pull, Single/Multi coil, Pressurized applications.
- Experience in analytical design and CAD design with FEM tools – Maxwell, RMXprt, Speed, Motorcad, Flux, Magnet
- Experience in creating new designs from scratch
- Working knowledge in product development , Test & validation and qualification testing
- Working knowledge in using the servo electronics, data acquisition, Labview or similar tools for testing of above mentioned products.
- Experience in Aerospace, Space and Defense industry and AS 9100 process.
- Innovative thinking for new technology developments.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and development of electromechanical products and subsystems like servo motors, sensors, Electromechanical actuators, Solenoids
- Responsible for electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other analytical methods.
- Conceptualize, design and detail the components & LRU’s for Aerospace, Space, Defense and special applications.
- Responsible for New Product Development
- Responsible to design necessary test rigs.
- Responsible for preparing necessary Documentation for assembly process, work instructions, test procedures and test report.
