TRANSFORMER DESIGN
Our Transformers vertical is backed by designers with many years of experience, and the designers are supported by our Sourcing & Design (S&D) team — for identifying optimal material sources right at the design stage.
We use tools such as MathCAD, Ansys, Maxwell and Solidworks FEA.
POWER TRANSFORMERS
We meet aerospace requirements such as MIL-PRF-27 & DO-160. Our transformers have been flying for more than a decade on various aircraft.

HIGH FREQUENCY SWITCHING TRANSFORMERS
We have manufactured millions of High Frequency Transformers including Wire Wound and Planar Transformers over the past three decades. We use a wide range of standard magnetic cores and custom-designed cores in our parts. We offer high Power-Density Planar Transformers with high reliability and miniaturization. Our designs ensure high efficiency, better thermal conductivity and reduced EMI.-
