Education & Experience required:
Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation in Engineering
Experience: Minimum 3 years in design, New Product Development and handing over to production.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Responsible for design and development of electromechanical components and subsystems like servo motors, sensors, Electromechanical actuators, Solenoids for Aerospace, Space and special applications.
- Conceptualize, design and detail the components & LRU’s for aerospace actuation and Autonomous systems.
- Responsible for electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other analytical methods.
- Responsible to build test rigs – Conceptualize, design and develop.
- Responsible for transfer of technology to production team – Documentation for assembly process, work instructions, test procedures and test report.
- Responsible to guide and help production team for technical issues as necessary.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Expertise in following products
- Motors :- BLDC, PMSM, Stepper, Synchronous, brushed DC, Induction
- Sensors :- Hall assemblies, LVDTs, RVDTs, Resolvers
- Actuators :- Electromechanical actuators, direct drive, gear drive,
- Solenoids :- Push/Pull, Single/Multi coil, Pressurized applications.
- Expertise in analytical design and CAD design with FEM tools.
- Experience in creating new designs from scratch, manufacturing, assembly and testing of servo motors, magnetic sensors, Solenoids and actuators.
- Experience in CAD packages: Ansoft Maxwell 2D, 3D FEA, RMXprt, Speed, AutoCAD, Motorcad.
- Working knowledge in using the servo electronics, data acquisition and test automation of the products mentioned, Labview or similar tools.
- Experience in performance testing and qualification testing
- Experience in Aerospace, Space and Defence industry.
