Education & Experience required:
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience with Aerospace domain.
Knowledge & Skills:
A. Motor related:
- Hands on experience in Lamination & Stacking process, Stator development process, Rotor assembly, Dynamic blanching and Motor assembly process.
- Knowledge in various type of welding & soldering process.
- Knowledge in Motor and Stator testing.
- Knowledge in GD & T & measurements.
- Documentation of technical process and process validation.
- Knowledge in AS procedure and APQP.
- Knowledge in all product tooling.
- Knowledge in understanding customer drawings, Bill of Material calculation etc.
- Identify & mitigate the Project & product risk.
- Knowledge in special process- Varnishing, Potting, Gluing.
- Knowledge in Wire Harness assembly- Crimping, soldering, wire routing and Potting.
- Knowledge in Mechanical parts assembly – Chassis, riveting, clinch nut, welding, painting and press fit.
- Knowledge in problem solving techniques.
- Knowledge in RFQ process.

B. Solenoid related:
- Hands on experience on Solenoid assembly, Solenoid valve assembly process, Winding, Soldering etc.
- Hands on experience Impact & lapping process.
- Knowledge in Testing of Solenoid Valves and solenoids.
- Knowledge in various type of welding & soldering process.
- Knowledge in GD & T & measurements.
- Documentation of technical process and process validation.
- Knowledge in AS procedure and APQP.
- Knowledge in all product tooling.
- Knowledge in understanding customer drawings, Material calculation etc.
- Identify & mitigate the project & product risk.
- Knowledge in special process- Varnishing, Potting and Gluing.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding of customer requirement, standards, Interpretation of drawings and preparation of TCM (Technical Compliance Matrix) and flow down to Hical drawings/BOM/PFC/QP & process instructions.
- Preparation of BOM, TCM, PFC, TGF, Machine and Investment list.
- CTQC, Risk identification and mitigation action for product development.
- List of clarifications / deviations preparation.
- Material arrangement & Process finalization.
- One sample development, review of samples results & preparation of PFC (Process flow), QP (Quality Plan), ETP (Electrical Test Plan), MTP (Mechanical Test Plan), FMEA & Control plan.
- Machine & Tool validation
- Product testing, Report preparation & samples dispatch.
- Updating of BOM, PFC, QP, Control Plan and release the APQP documents to production.
- PPAP co-ordination & Completion of applicable Gate system.
- Accountability of RM return, PO closing, TGF validation and completion of CIP.
- RFQ Stage:
- Understanding of customer requirement, standards, Interpretation of drawings, preparation, and flow down in BOM/PFC/TGF/Machine and assumptions.
- RFQ Preparation of BOM & RM qty calculation
- RFQ Preparation of PFC, TGF, machine & Test Equipment details
- RFQ Preparation of Assumptions / clarifications & List of standards
- Estimation of process time, TGF and machine cost
