  • COGS and Inventory analysis.
  • Consolidation of Financials.
  • Interaction with Auditors as and when required.
  • Funds Management.
  • Daily Cashflows and Projected cash flows Review.
  • Review & Submission of Stock statement.
  • Review of Forward Contracts, Forex Review and Management.
  • Review & Renewal of Credit Facilities.
  • Review CMA data and projections.
  • Review & Renewal of Credit Rating.
  • Interacting with Bank Officials as and when required.
  • Receivables Management.
  • Review of Creditor & Debtors weekly.
  • Presentation of MIS, Financial statements.
  • GL reviews and Audit leads Preparations.
  • Audit leads Review.
  • Companies Act, 2013.
  • Holding of Board meeting and preparing of Minutes.
  • Interacting with Consultant as and when required.
  • Attending/submitting Department’s periodic queries/requirements.
  • Filing of Appeal in consultation.
  • Statutory Compliance report.
  • Review & follow up for All Statutory Refunds.
  • GST Implementation and Training.
  • Statutory, Bank Stock and Internal Audit.
  • Internal Policies and Controls.
  • Closing audit NCS.
  • Tax Audit.
  • Insurance Claims.
  • Interaction with Insurance Companies.
  • Cash Management.
  • Verification & Disbursement of Salaries.
  • Reports review and improvements.
  • MSIPS Capex Tracking.
  • MSIPS_ Interacting with Consultant as and when required.
  • New Projects.
  • Six ‘S’ Implementation.
