- Review & Renewal of Credit Facilities.
- Review CMA data and projections.
- Review & Renewal of Credit Rating.
- Interacting with Bank Officials as and when required.
- Receivables Management.
- Review of Creditor & Debtors weekly.
- Presentation of MIS, Financial statements.
- GL reviews and Audit leads Preparations.
- Audit leads Review.
- Companies Act, 2013.
- Holding of Board meeting and preparing of Minutes.
- Interacting with Consultant as and when required.
- Attending/submitting Department’s periodic queries/requirements.
- Filing of Appeal in consultation.
- Statutory Compliance report.
- Review & follow up for All Statutory Refunds.
- GST Implementation and Training.
- Statutory, Bank Stock and Internal Audit.
- Internal Policies and Controls.
- Closing audit NCS.
- Tax Audit.
- Insurance Claims.
- Interaction with Insurance Companies.
- Cash Management.
- Verification & Disbursement of Salaries.
- Reports review and improvements.
