Education & Experience required:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics / Mechanical engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years in New Product Development of electromechanical products
Knowledge & Skills:
- Hands on experience in New Product Development and production process of Electromechanical products.
- Expertise in AIT of precision products like EM linear actuators, EM Rotary actuators, Servo motors, Gear assembly, Bearing and Ball/Roller screw assemblies, scanning mechanisms.
- Expertise in manufacturing of special purpose motors like armature winding, potting, Magnet assemblies, rotor balancing.
- Experience in Aerospace, Space and Defense industry.
- Working knowledge in modelling and drafting using CAD packages.
- Innovative thinking for troubleshooting and failure analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be the key responsible to develop new products and launch to production a broad variety of Electromechanical products – Motors, Actuators, Solenoid Valves and Mechanisms
- Responsible for New product development by building the Concept models, Proto models and Preproduction Engineering samples.
- Responsible for Electrical and Mechanical assembly of Electromechanical products
- Responsible to prepare test rig and support testing activity for NPD.
- Responsible to prepare assembly process and work instructions documents.
- Responsible to identify and maintain necessary Tools, Gauges and Fixtures necessary for NPD.
- Responsible to train, guide and supervise the Juniors/technicians for the AIT activity.
- You will support Performance test and environmental testing of the EM products.
- To be successful, you need to have a solid understanding of precision mechanics and be comfortable in an environment that combines product development, small series production and custom engineering solutions.
