Education & Experience required:
Qualification: BE/ Diploma – Mechanical
Experience: 05 – 09 Years
Knowledge & Skills:
- SAP knowledge on subcontracting
- Subcontracting delivery challan closure
- Subcon delivery dates management in SAP and ensure on time delivery.
- BOM verification and correction, if any
- Price and credit terms negotiation.
- Cycle counting / audit of supplied RM to Vendor location.
- Person should have fabrication and machining process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, customer, and internal departments to ensure proper flow of materials through supply chain.
- Prepare request for quotations, analyzed quotes and negotiated price with supplier
- Material accounting as per defined norms
- Ensuring all the required documents along with the parts.
- Budgeting monthly and yearly spend
- Getting corrective action from Supplier for rejection & fixing the rejection % based on volume & process
- Auditing the supplier quarterly
- Getting Credit note from supplier for Rejection.
- Ensuring Scrap collection from supplier after order completion.
- Generating ECR (Engineering Change Report) for any revision change received from Customer
